Refund Policy

At Stay Well Australia, we offer a 30 day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions, including where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your return has been approved. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to finalise the transaction.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received your funds, please contact us here.

Damage and Order Issues

When reaching out, please include your order number along with clear photos of the item and, where relevant, the packaging it arrived in. This helps our team evaluate the issue efficiently.

Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after delivery. Items showing signs of use may not be eligible for resolution.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available within 24 hours of placing your order and before the order has been processed or dispatched.

If you would like to change your item, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order via our contact us page with your order number and the item you would prefer.

If your order has already been processed or dispatched, we are unable to make changes.

If the new item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid before the exchange is confirmed. If the new item is of lower value, a partial refund for the difference will be issued to your original payment method.
