Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of your purchase to request for a return/refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@officialprimalmax.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to our PO Box address.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you all the instructions, including where and how to send your package. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return won’t be accepted.

Damage and Order Issues

contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

When reaching out, please include your order number along with clear photos or videos of the item, and where relevant, the packaging it arrived in. This helps our team assess the issue efficiently.

Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after delivery. Items showing signs of use may not be eligible for resolution.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available within 12 to 24 hours of placing your order and before the order has been processed or dispatched.

If you would like to change your item, please contact us within 12 to 24 hours of placing your order via our contact us page with your order number and the item you would prefer.

If your order has already been processed or dispatched, we are unable to make changes.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
